Expressive Arts Workshop

What if you could step out of your normal reality for an hour and a half, play, explore, and see what shows up without plan or agenda? YOU CAN!

Come play and follow your curiosity in this monthly, exploratory, low skill visual art and writing workshop. You’ll experiment with art materials, watching what unfolds. Writing in response to your art will help you connect more deeply with yourself and what gift your art holds. There are often messages or a sense of knowing that arrives bringing comfort, a next step, a need that has gone unnoticed, and/or a personal wisdom that you might not have known was there. It’s a way to feed your soul and find the nourishment you need to be resilient in our increasingly challenging world. Come step out of your regular life and play with your imagination.
