Begin your journey into a deeper connection with the natural world, and ultimately, yourself. Together we will explore a natural object with our eyes, hands, and hearts, getting to know it more intimately through the gift of our time and attention. We will look closely, draw to understand what we are seeing, and write about what we’re noticing and wondering, making connections to other experiences in our lives. By following our curiosity, we will discover a new world that will surprise and delight us. The journal will be a record of that experience that we can return to as often as we like.
