A Trail of Curiosity What animals and plants surround you where you live? Do you know them? Have you really seen them? Spending time in nature, REALLY seeing it, deepens not only our connection with the the natural world, but with ourselves as well. A Trail of Curiosity is about helping you to slow down, give nature your sustained, compassionate attention, and capture that experience in a journal, your story catcher. We need to be connected to the non-human world as much as each other. We need a place to tell our stories and relive them. We need to live connected with the earth, not separate from it. The more time we spend in nature being delighted, curious, full of wonder and awe, the less room there will be for anxiety, replacing it with love.
